This much awaited phone is so different from anything that is currently available. It actually combines 3 products into one. It is a mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and an internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching.

The screen size is 3.5 inches which is much bigger than the 5G iPod’s 2.5 inch screen. That makes for much more convenient movie viewing. The weight is 4.8 oz which is a standard weight for its size of 4.5×2.4×0.46 inches. It isn’t the smallest phone available, but the profile is very slim making the Apple iphone mobile phone a very sleek and sexy phone. It is actually thinner than the Motorola Q and Samsung BlackJack. The battery life is promised to be 5 hours for calling or video and 16 hours for music.

The Apple iPhone mobile phone is available in either 4GB or 8GB capacities.
There are no restrictions on media content, meaning you could use all your memory on media if you wanted. This is a pleasing change from the Motorola Rokr and many others that have a 100 track limit.

This phone boasts an entirely new user interface – a large multi-touch display. The new software allows users to control everything with only their fingertips. It promises to speed up messaging and e-mails with the new onscreen typing, which is supposed to be much better than using a stylus.

The resolution is 320X480X160 pixels per inch, which is said to be the highest resolution yet, and makes for superb viewing quality. Movie choices will be endless now that Apple and Paramount have started a partnership.
