iPhone complaints is not something which is widely publicised and it’s not something one would have expected from a supposedly well built piece of technology from Apple, especially since there was so much publicity about its capabilities in the months leading up to it launch in the US.

The iphone was launched with much publicity about its features which were developed with with the most advanced technology and innovative ideas. It was said that the features that would be provided in the iphone would be such that it will be impossible to find these features in other that were available at that time in the market place.

Most of the early adopters were satisfied with the iphone’s performance. But they soon began to find out that “nothing is perfect in this world”. Many people were sold on the technology built into the iphone, mostly due to the media hysteria surrounding it before its launch, but after using it for some time many began to utter complaints about the iphone and its operational features.

As different types of people have different types of preferences their needs also vary. This gave rise to the iphone complaints as many of the iphone users felt that the facilities in the iphone were not up to their expectations.

The most common iphone complaint was about the touch screen operating mode. The users who were interested in the messaging system were not satisfied with the method in the phone. a common iphone complaint from user was that they made more mistakes while typing their messages on the iphone than they used to make on other types of cell phones. Users also faced problems with the abbreviations that they used as the automatic spell check system would automatically change the word which would give a wrong meaning.

Other common iphone complaints were about low volume of the phone and the lack of MMS messaging system.
A huge blunder by Apple was not providing the ability to increas the memory, this proved to be a great drawback for many iphone users. Facility for editing outgoing messages was also not provided in the iphone so users were complaining that if text had to be edited it had to be typed again which was time consuming and in their fast and hectic lifestyle they did not have the time to waste on retyping messages.

Another iphone complaint which was heard a lot was about the battery which is sealed inside the phone and user are unable to change the battery because it is soldered to the sides of the iphone.
The touch screen facility brought in many complaints because the screen is operational only if it is touched by the skin of the fingers. Users wearing gloves cannot operate the phone as it does not respond to the touch by gloved fingers.
